1. RETURNS
All items leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If an item is found to be defective, we will provide a full refund or a replacement, provided it is returned within 14 days of purchase.
You may also return unwanted items within 14 days. If the item is in ‘as new’ condition, we will refund the purchase amount minus a 15% handling charge and the cost of outward postage.

3. DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.
If your order does not arrive within 10 days of the dispatch notification, please notify us immediately. Delayed notification may affect our ability to replace or refund the order.
4. WEBSITE IMAGES
Images on our website are accurate representations of our products. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences from suppliers or variations in your monitor’s settings.
5. STOCK AVAILABILITY
While our stock levels are usually updated automatically, availability on the website may not always reflect current inventory.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email with an estimated delivery date.
6. VAT RATE
VAT rates vary across Europe and will be calculated at checkout.
7. HIDDEN COSTS
There are no hidden costs in our online shop.
• Packaging costs are included in the item price.
• Shipping rates are shown during the checkout process and are also available in our Shipping Rates table.
• The current VAT rate is 20%.
We do not inflate item prices to offer “free delivery.” Instead, shipping is calculated fairly based on your total order value and added at checkout.
8. EMAIL ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Please include item codes and quantities. Payment can be made via bank transfer.
Orders will be dispatched upon payment agreement or confirmation of cleared funds.
