RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition to qualify for a full refund.
  • Refunds do not include the original postage cost if the return is made after 8 working days from receipt of your order.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
  • We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
  • If your order arrives damaged or is substandard, you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving it.
